Description

Appends the given integer Int to end of the given TIntArray TIA.

Example

var
  TIA: TIntArray;

begin
  TIA := [0, 1, 3];
  TIAAppend(TIA, 4);
  WriteLn(TIAToStr(TIA));
end.

Output: 

0,1,3,4
