Description
Creates a bitmap with the dimensions given by Width and Height. After the bitmap has been created, it's filled up completely with a color given by Color. Throws an exception when the given dimensions or color are invalid.
Example
var Bmp: Integer; begin Bmp := CreateBitmap(500, 500, clMaroon); DebugBitmap(Bmp); end.
