function GetSoundDuration(FileName: string): Integer;

Description

Returns the duration of a file specified by FileName in miliseconds, it only support wave files. Returns 0 if the file does not exist.

Example

  WriteLn(GetSoundDuration('C:\Windows\Media\tada.wav'));
end.
